We had an enquiry for a domestic property in London . The client asked us to install a new resin floor in their Kitchen, Utility Room, Cloakroom and Hallway as part of a general refurbishment of the property. The total treatment area was approximately 48 m2.

The floors had been previously been coated with a generic floor paint and was uneven and flaking off. During surface preparation we found a number of voids in the kitchen where the concrete covering the underfloor heating was weak. These we repaired using our fast hardening resin based mortar system.

The work was completed in a single day, from surface preparation to final coating application of a self-smoothing epoxy resin screed in a bespoke parchment colour.
